After driving to the village of Villa Morelos to pick up our friend Adrian, and his family, we drove some more thru the rural mountains of Michoacan to an even smaller village called San Miguel. The rodeo had been underway for a while, but the band was just getting there and set up on their platform. The crowd chanted "Musica, musica", and the rodeo continued as we found seats along the top of the stone wall which formed the ring. |
